Lazio coach: One Goal is Not Enough

Lazio coach Stefano Pioli asking his team not to arrogant despite having pocketed a 1-0 advantage over Bayer Leverkusen following the meeting in the first leg of the qualifying round of the Champions League, on Wednesday (7/8).
A goal from Keita Balde in the 77th minute helped the Serie A team was to claim victory, but Pioli reminded his team that the match against Leverkusen has not completely ended because there is still the second leg in Germany.

"We have proved that we are capable of playing at this level and would fight with Bayer in Leverkusen.

"Our opponents beat Atletico Madrid, Benfica and Zenit at home last season, so obviously their great team, but the players gave the response we wanted."
