Walcott has been called manager Roy Hodgson as one of the four main striker, although he has not scored for Arsenal this season.
Oxlade-Chamberlain fully supports nimble players when it plays the role as the main striker up front.
"I think Theo is ready for several years to play there [as a center forward]. He is a player that I noticed, and I admire as a player and his personality," said Oxlade-Chamberlain.
"The condition of him for club and country in the long career proves why he is ready. The record scored his goal proved why he is ready to play in front of."
"He is a great player and presents a different threat than the other striker with the ability of the run. I have no doubt, Theo can play up front," he said.
