Morgan questioned the reason Wenger did not try its utmost to bring a quality striker in the last transfer window amid the ambition to win the Premier League this season.
According to Morgan, is a nearly impossible mission with the players now able to talk much about the title. Furthermore, Morgan blasted Wenger investment that 'only' £ 10 million on self Petr Cech.
"This is the season when all reason should have ended," said Morgan told talkSPORT.
"According to the club's board members, Lord Harris, in the last month, we have £ 200 million and we could bring in a player anywhere in the world we want, except maybe [Lionel] Messi and [Cristiano] Ronaldo."
