The Spaniard scored the best time in 1m 55.452s.
The second position belongs to the young stars Suzuki Ecstar, Maverick Vinales with a gap just + 0.428s off Lorenzo.
The top three is successfully locked by Valentino Rossi, The Doctor + 0.442s slower than the fastest time teammate.
The top five positions in a row is filled by two Ducati riders, Andrea Iannnone and Scott Redding.
The rest of the top ten are Hector Barbera ESP Avintia Racing, Andrea Dovizioso ITA Ducati Team, Cal Crutchlow GBR LCR Honda, Bradley Smith GBR Monster Yamaha Tech and Marc Marquez Repsol Honda Team.
The test will continue until the next two days and the opening race will be held on 20 March.
